What/who inspired you to get into this field?
I knew I wanted to be in a position to use my technical background and people skills to solve complex industrial problems.
What classes would you recommend for this field (high school and college)?
I would recommend having a strong background in classes pertaining to engineering, manufacturing processes and business management.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Collaborating with my peers and employees to find solutions to different industry problems. It’s great to see your employees be engaged in their work while growing and developing their own careers.
