2. RNA polymerase creates mRNA by base pairing with DNA strand

2. Translation

1. mRNA binds to ribosome
2. tRNA brings anti-codon
3. ribosome moves to next codon
4. Amino acids are linked by reptide bonds
5. repeats until reaches stop codon, then polypeptide is released
