Find the equation of the line perpendicular to $y=-\frac{1}{2}x+3$ which passes through (0, 1).

$y=mx+b$

$m\rightarrow -\frac{1}{2}\rightarrow 2$

$y=2x+b$

$1=2(0)+b$

$1=b$

$y=2x+1$
