Vertical angles ->opposite each other at the intersection and are equal

• 1 and 3
• 2 and 4

Adjacent angles -> next to each other at the intersection

• 1 and 2
• 2 and 3
• 3 and 4
• 4 and 1

Complimentary angles -> 2 angles that sum to 90

Supplementary angles -> 2 angles that sum to 180

Corresponding angles -> when the transversal cuts other lines

• • Angels at the same location at each intersection are equal
• 1 and 5
• 2 and 6
• 4 and 8
• 3 and 7

• 72 and 2 are vertical angles (equal)
• 72and 1 are supplementary
  • 180– = angle 1
• 1 and 3 are vertical angles (equal)
